Groupon order not as described / damaged
If your order with us was via Groupon and the plants are not as per the description, or have arrived damaged, please accept our apologies for this.
If you believe that replacement plants are required then you will need raise a support ticket using the link at the top of this page (or click here) and attach photographs of the plants that you have received along with your full name and address details.
Please include your Groupon voucher code if you know it. A brief description of the issue as you see it would be appreciated and will help me move the investigation along a little faster.
Groupon order - changed mind
If your order is not damaged or incorrect but you would prefer a full refund you will need to please return the order to us within 14 days of receipt, please click here to download our returns form. You will need to print and fill this in, then return it to us along with the unwanted plants.
Please be aware that we do not offer a collection service, nor do we cover the cost of returned items, unfortunately these are made at your own expense.
