The product I ordered is now reduced. Can you refund me the difference?

It's rare for our prices to be reduced, we keep all our plants and products at great value prices all year round, and constantly monitor our competitors.

The only time you'll find a price reduced is if one of these starts a price war, then I promise you, we will not be beaten!

Unfortunately, we cannot advise you in advance of a reduced product or reimburse you the difference after you have placed an order.
