When raising a support ticket please ensure that you have included all of the following information, as failiure to do so will result in a longer time period for your issue to be resolved:

  • Your order reference
  • Your post code
  • Your telephone number
  • A full description of your enquiry
  • Photos as applicable (upload button is at the bottom of this form)
